The Dutch have a wonderful tradition which began many hundreds of years ago. When a baby was born they celebrated this joyous event with a Birth Plate commemorating the occasion. This unique gift is available in true delft made and decorated in the centuries old manner. The 7 3/4" plate is available in traditional blue and white, rose, or lovely polychrome and has a wall hanger attached.
Baby's name, the date, the weight, and the city and state are hand painted and baked on. As an added touch the clock on the nursery wall is set to the exact time of birth (see upper left corner of picture above).

offer jars, lamps and framed tile that can be personalized the same as the
plates.
The lamp stands 12 ½ inches tall and comes only in blue and
white. Polychrome in this style is no longer available.
Personalization for the jar and lamp includes Baby's name,
and date & time of birth.
Personalization for the tile includes Baby's name, and date &
time of birth, plus weight, city & state.
